In my last article I showed you how to get the killer product you need to offer and get it free.  If you missed it, you can pick it up here:

Now you’re going to create a great sales process.

The Thing You Need Almost

No-One Has…

Have you ever gone to a website offering a self-improvement product?  Chances are it was a simple, one-page sales letter, which may even give you the option of opting-in someplace on the page or via a pop-up.

That’s not the best “first page” to have.  The page you need to send people to first is a lead capture page.  You can see a great example here:

http://www.DoubleYourDating.com

Depending on the source of traffic, you will get between 15% and 50% of the people who visit your site added to your opt in follow-up list.

If you’re sharp, you might have already guessed why most people don’t have a lead capture page as their main page—they fear less people will actually see and respond to their sales message.  But the reality is…

More People Will Actually See

And Respond to Your Sales Message

The knee jerk response to this approach is: “if 75% of the people who see the lead capture page click away, it will hurt my sales.”  Here’s why that’s not the case:

People have two options:  To opt-in to your list or not.

If they opt-in, you have many opportunities to send them a sales message.  We have found at All-In-One-Business.com that a double opt-in subscriber is worth about $25 per year in business.

If they choose to leave, we use a secret method to get them back to the sales page (I’m not going to reveal it here, but it works)—and the sales page gives them another opportunity to opt-in.  Otherwise, even if they choose not to give their email address, they still get to see the sales page and another 15-20% of those people give their email address as well.

The net result is somewhere around 30% to 50% of the people who visit the sales page give an email address for our follow-up series.  These people are then shown many reasons, over time, why they should purchase the product.

The Sales Skyrocket

There are a bunch of other factors to increase your sales—like creating a follow-up series that works and what to do with people who don’t buy after a period of time—but this one change can make or break your product.

Try it, it works.

Here’s Wishing You Whole-Life Success,
