Farewell To Our Friend

Wow! What a send off you guys gave Kevin!

Goes to show you that having and building a
solid reputation will go a long way. Especially in
a business where money-hungry frauds are abound.

I didn't realize Kevin has so many friends
and people who trust his every word of advice
on building an Internet business.

I personally have used his advice and techniques
and he's never steered me in a wrong direction.
His wisdom is timeless and can be applied to
your Internet Marketing efforts the same today
as he did a few years back.

It's because he based his teachings on marketing
principles. Principles and laws that have been
governing Internet Businesses before there even
were Internet Businesses.

Kevin, Scott and I all share some common beliefs.

If I said that I read every word that Kevin has
ever written I would be lying.

But, going through some of the old newsletters,
ebooks, courses and reports that he has written,
it is kind of erie how much of the same beliefs
all 3 of us share.

Beliefs; like having the proper mindset to achieve
success in life and business.

You can have the most well-thought out, phenomenal
plans for your Internet Business and none of it
will matter if you don't have the mindset and the
belief that it will happen for you and you will
reach your goals.

In an article Kevin titled "You’re Better than You
Think You Are" he wrote something that really
made me think. He wrote;

"Most of us tend to be a little short-sighted.
When we struggle in one area, we focus on the area
of struggle and we lose perspective. In this
spiral we often begin to see ourselves as being
defined by our failures and struggles rather than
by our strengths and successes. The more our inner
voices tell us about all the times we’ve failed,
the less likely we will be to succeed in any area
of life."

It's true. And all of the most successful people
in the world will tell you; "What You Think About,
You Bring About."

How does this relate to you? Well if you're
struggling with your Internet Business and you keep
dwelling on thoughts of being overwhelmed or that
you don't know where to start or you're not
making any sales, well guess what?

You bringing about what you're thinking about.

Your bringing or creating these problems or hurtles
to your Online Business by thinking about them.

Think about how you can do something instead of
dwelling on all the reasons you can't do something.

I'm not saying it's easy, because it's not. It's
a constant battle. You have to work to catch
yourself in the act of having those negative or
self-doubting thoughts and turn them around.

Instead of, "I'm not getting enough traffic to my
website", because you don't want to bring that
realization into fruition anymore than it already
is, turn it around and say, "what can I do today
to drive some paying customers to my website?"

They say it actually uses less energy to have a
positive thought than to have a negative thought.

If you're feeling drained all of the time, maybe
it's because all of those negative or self-
defeating thoughts are weighing you down.

And since you pack that negativity around, it's
gobbling up all of your energy.

Another quote in that same article was:
"People who expect to succeed, succeed. People who
expect to fail, fail."

So, it is with that that I would like to say a big
THANK YOU! To Kevin Bidwell for being a great
teacher and a great mentor.

May you meet and exceed all of your goals and dreams.
